The Process

8 Simple Steps From Inquiry to Delivery

Every order follows the same clear, documented path. You always know what happens next — and your funds are protected by independent inspection before release.

1

Inquiry

You start here

Send us your requirement: sugar grade (e.g. ICUMSA 45), quantity, packaging preference, destination port, and preferred incoterms. You can reach us via our quote form, email, phone, or WhatsApp. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate our response.

⏱️ Response within 24 hours
2

Quotation (Soft Offer)

We respond

Our team prepares a detailed, itemized quotation including product specification, price (benchmarked to current market rates), packaging, freight, certification, payment terms, and loading schedule. The soft offer is transparent with no hidden fees — everything is laid out clearly so you can make an informed decision.

⏱️ Within 24 hours of inquiry
3

Sample Verification

Verify quality

Before committing to a large order, you can request a physical sample to verify quality, color, and crystal characteristics in your own lab or facility. We provide samples in 50 kg bags or 1 MT big bags along with a Certificate of Analysis. This step lets you confirm our quality firsthand — a hallmark of a legitimate supplier.

⏱️ Optional · 5–10 days
4

Contract & Proforma Invoice

Formalize

Once terms are agreed, we issue a formal Sales Contract and Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing product specifications, quantity, price, incoterms, payment terms, delivery schedule, inspection terms, and all applicable clauses. Both parties review and sign. This legally binding document protects both buyer and seller.

⏱️ 1–2 business days
5

Payment Terms Setup

Secure

We work with secure, internationally recognized payment instruments — primarily an irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC) at sight, or bank wire transfer (TT) with agreed milestones. With an LC, your bank only releases funds once shipping documents and inspection certificates are presented — protecting your money throughout the transaction.

⏱️ Per agreed terms
6

Independent SGS Inspection

⭐ Your protection

This is the step that protects you most. Before goods ship and before payment is released, an independent third-party inspector — SGS, Intertek, or a buyer-nominated agency — inspects the cargo at the port of loading. They verify quantity, quality, ICUMSA color, moisture, and packaging against the contract, then issue an official inspection certificate. You are never asked to pay for goods that haven't been independently verified.

⏱️ Before loading · Certificate issued to buyer
7

Shipping & Documentation

In transit

Cargo is loaded at Santos, Paranaguá, or another major Brazilian port and shipped to your destination. We handle the complete export documentation package — Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Health Certificate, COA, and SGS report — and provide real-time shipment tracking so you always know where your order is.

⏱️ 14–21 days from order to loading
8

Delivery & Customs Clearance

Complete

Your shipment arrives at the destination port with all documents in order for smooth customs clearance. Depending on your incoterms (CIF, CFR, DAP, etc.), we coordinate delivery to the agreed point. Our team stays available throughout to assist with any clearance or logistics questions until your sugar is safely in your hands.

⏱️ Per shipping route & incoterms

Your Money Is Protected at Every Step

We understand that buying from an overseas supplier requires trust. That's why our process is built around independent verification: a neutral third-party inspector confirms your cargo meets the contract before payment is released, and secure banking instruments like Letters of Credit ensure funds only move when documents are in order. You never pay blindly — every step is documented and verifiable.

Payment Options

Secure, Flexible Payment Methods

We use internationally recognized, bank-backed payment instruments that protect both parties throughout the transaction.

🏦

Letter of Credit (LC)

Irrevocable LC at sight is our preferred method for new buyers. Your bank only releases payment once shipping and inspection documents are presented and verified — giving you maximum security and peace of mind.

💳

Bank Wire (TT)

Telegraphic transfer with agreed milestone structure (e.g. deposit on contract, balance against documents). Suited to established relationships and repeat buyers who prefer streamlined processing.

🤝

Escrow & Other Terms

For qualifying transactions we can accommodate escrow arrangements and other mutually agreed structures. Talk to our team about the payment approach that gives you the most confidence.
